Together Nemeroff and I went to Las Vegas for three days in the summer of 2014 as part of what we considered to be a desperate destination art making strategy. Broke and overwhelmed, we made art based on the trip. My part included prints, and a game with a uniquely crafted deck of cards, with images appropriated from pro ana and thinspiration websites, and pornography. Text was added to the cards, to acknowledge the pain expressed in each image. None of the art was for sale.
